First appointments can feel uncertain so we fixed that. Here is everything you need to know from parking to payment so you arrive ready to relax.

Book Your Appointment

Use our online booking system. Select your service and choose your preferred stylist. You can pick Eric, Nathan, or Reixa. We are strictly appointment-only so please no walk-ins.

Receive Confirmation

You will get an email immediately and a text reminder before your visit. This includes your stylist's name, time, and location details. You can easily change it through the link provided if plans change.

Arrive 5 Minutes Early

Head to 624 Broadway, Suite 403. We are on the 4th floor. Use the call box by pressing 'A' to find us and we will buzz you in. Arriving early lets you settle in without rushing.

The Service

We start with a consultation. For precision cuts you can expect a 55-minute session with a shampoo and razor finish. For color you can expect a 3-6 hour session where you can relax while processing.

Aftercare & Maintenance

We won't let you leave without knowing how to style it yourself. We will recommend the right maintenance schedule which is typically 3-4 weeks for cuts and 3-4 months for balayage.

Parking & Access

Downtown parking doesn't have to be a headache. Here are your best options.

Street Parking

There is metered parking along Broadway and surrounding streets.

Best for: Shorter appointments like haircuts or beard trims.

Horton Plaza Garage

Located just 2 blocks away. It is safe, covered, and reliable.

Best for: Color services or if you plan to grab food nearby.

Rideshare

Set your destination to 624 Broadway. Drivers can pull up right in front of the building entrance.

Best for: A stress-free arrival experience.

What To Bring

Please Bring

  • Reference Photos. Screenshots or saves help us see exactly what you love.
  • Payment Method. We accept Cards, Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash.
  • Entertainment. For long color sessions bring a book or your phone.

No Need For

  • Grooming Products. We use and provide all premium professional products.
  • Booking Proof. We have everything in our system so just show up.
  • Nerves. We've got you.

Common Questions

Bring reference photos! Screenshots, Instagram saves, or magazine clippings are the best communication tool. Your stylist will guide you through what is achievable with your hair type and face shape. You don't need technical vocabulary.

Text us immediately at (619) 972-9849. We will do our best to accommodate but appointments may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on how late you are. We respect everyone's time and refuse to rush services.

Absolutely. Processing time for color services can be 45-90 minutes. Bring reading material, use your phone, or work remotely. We want you comfortable.

Yes. Restrooms are located just down the hall from our suite on the 4th floor.

Tips are appreciated but never expected. If you would like to tip you can add it when paying via card or provide cash directly to your stylist. Standard gratuity is typically 15-20% for excellent service.

Yes! Our booking system allows you to choose your preferred stylist. You can review each stylist's specialties and experience on our Team page.

We want you to love your result. Let us know immediately and we will make it right. For haircuts we offer adjustments within 48 hours. For color contact us within 7 days and we will schedule a correction appointment.

For color services we offer complimentary consultations to assess your hair and discuss goals. For precision barbering we conduct comprehensive consultations at the beginning of your appointment.

Our Policies

Cancellations

We require 24-hour advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments changed within 24 hours may be subject to a fee. No-shows protect our stylists' time and will be charged.

Late Arrivals

Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling. We must respect the appointment time of the client following you.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. Pricing listed on our site is transparent with no hidden fees. Deposits may be required for extensive color corrections.

Changes

Need to adjust? You can do so via our online booking confirmation link or by texting us at (619) 972-9849 up to 24 hours before.
